Once your payment has been made, please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order. Shipping times to the US normally take 10-20 business days. Shipping times to other areas take 15-30 business days. Due to the fact that shipping times take a bit longer, we are able to offer our products at affordable prices.
We ship orders oversea by mail service. After we finish processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrived at your country.
We ship worldwide with the exception of Hong Kong and a few third-world countries at this time.
Unfortunately at this time we do not accept cash on delivery payments.

We only allow order changes/cancellation within one hour after you made a payment if we haven't begun processing yet. We will provide a full refund if you cancel your order within 1 hour and we haven't attached a tracking number. Once we have sent out your order to the postal company, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order. We ship orders from various international warehouses. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. It is possible that if your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once.. they are on the way. However we could also definitely make a mistake with the order.
Prices revealed from you respective package might be different from what you have paid but please do not worry! Usually what our fulfillment center would do is to mark extremely low prices or mark the items as gifts altogether. This is to prevent tariffs/custom import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges are extremely costly.
Import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for import or customs fees you may incur, but we will declare a lower value on the package in good faith that it will reduce the cost of your package.
Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. If no one is at home, the postman will leave a collection slip and you will have to proceed to the post office to collect your package. Or they will simply call you at the phone number you left with us.
