All orders will be dispatched from our overseas warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
You may have to pick-up your package from the post-office in some countries, such as Norway. Delivery times are based on past data but are just estimates and not guaranteed.
International shipping delays can occur due to your country's customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and tracking may stop updating.

Please double-check your address the first time for errors. If you need to cancel an order, you must cancel before your order has begun processing and a tracking number is sent and e-mailed to you. Cancellations are subject to review.
If you wish to cancel after your order has been processing, please e-mail us for the return address to send the item back. If you choose to return the product, you are responsible for shipping expenses to our Returns Processing Center.

If you don't receive a shipment, you will be eligible for a re-ship after confirming your address is correct or a refund if it's been over 30 days since the order was expected to be delivered.
